My first rifle tosses in a performance and I dropped both tosses. I beat myself up about it and cried lolololol I totally embarrassed myself in front of my family family and my music family. But they encouraged me so much, I won’t let those dropped tosses affect me…I’m going to push myself and next time if I drop, I’ll recover better. I’ll have a better attitude when it comes to guard. I’m actually glad I dropped them, because in all of my past performances, I’ve never really dropped anything. I had to make a mistake sooner or later. I really love our drumline and guard family, they are so encouraging. And it meant a lot to me to see our AC community and my family support us! Other than those drops, today was uber fun, kind of felt like comp day. Thank God for a great day :)
